heater for plastic bucket waterer

I've just recently started using the water bucket with the nipples for my waterer. Any ideas on a heater for the winter?

There are lots of solutions, both commercially available or homemade. Bucket de-icers are common items, you should be able to find one at TSC or your local feed store. Make sure it is safe for plastic buckets if that is what you're using. Or try searching the forums - lots of people use aquarium heaters or other methods. Good luck!

The last thing I wast to think about is winter cold but good for you for thinking ahead.

I'm sure you figured out a solution to your problem but I just want to share what I do. I bought a bird bath de-icer (http://www.farminnovators.com/index.php/2012-06-14-17-45-56/premium-birdbath-de-icer) and it is safe for plastics. Works great! Puchased the kit from cheerychicks.com but I'm sure you can just pick up the heater itself from TSC.
