How tall should a brooder box be for a turkey? I bought 3 recently and they are outgrowing the box i have

My brooder is 4'x4'. I only keep chicks or poults in there for a maximum of two weeks before I move them to a grow out pen. My brooder has 1' tall sides and I have a lid with poultry wire that prevents them from jumping or flying out.
