We decided to keep our own chickens this year and we've incubated some silkie eggs whose due date is tomorrow!
Thought I'd join here because I've used it a lot during the incubation period and it seems like the best place to be!

Hi, and welcome to BYC. I "just got laid"* myself. I plan on getting a few Easter Eggers and hopefully a Marans around the first. The only problem I have seen with BYC so far is it can be real sloooow to respond sometimes (I'm referring to the software, not the members).

Good or bad I dunno but the term you used means something very different in the UK - so that was funny
