Hello all from Derbyshire

Hello Everyone,

I came accross BYC by accident really but it looks a really good site & fourum.

I live in Derbyshire with my other half Mark.

We have 33 laying hens mainly ex bats, 3 gold silkies, a copper maran and 2 tiny silkie x bantams.

We have had chickens for about 18 months and only ever intended to have the 5 we originally bought.........they expanded..........now we are hooked.

We have a Rotti a Staffy a pesian cat and a tigger cat.......quite weird to see the dogs and cats in the garden with the chooks all living in harmony!

I do work.....sometimes....

i work from home for the office for national statistics........needless to say i spend more time down the chickens than doing what i should be doin!..oh well !
