Crowing
Hi there,
I am from New Hampshire and have 2 chickens, a NH Red and my little black fluff bottom feathered foot Bantam, and 1 all white feathered feet bantam rooster.
I have have my NH Red for almost 2 years now, (I did get her with another, but a fox we believe got her
So this year we -- I say we, I actually mean me lol.. Got two more chicks for company for our older NH red.
I went to Agway and picked out the cutest little black bantam and then an all white bantam, I said that one looks like a little angel with those little white wings.
they spent their first couple months indoors with me in my work office, walked around on my head, sat on my keyboard, sat on my sewing machine while I was trying to sew.
Then it was time to slowly introduce my little ones to my big one.. all in all went well, so after a few weeks of introducing them they got their own home outside, and wouldn't you know it, a few weeks later my sweet little white angel, started crowing.. so that is how I got a rooster lol
These are my first chickens and now I have become addicted.
little bit on me I am 46, mother of 5 grown children, have 4 grandkids, 2 dogs a boxer Moose and a yellow lab Bailey that we some how acquired. We have a flying squirrel, well he thinks we own him he likes to come down our unused chimney and sit on my TV..
and I have too many hobbies, just started looking for our first home to buy, and well that is it
