hi! I am fairly new to raising chickens, at the moment I have an americauna and a jersey black giant. I am hoping to get a few more when the weather warms up some and the store I work at starts selling them again. I cant wait to learn from everyone on here.

very tempting, indeed lol. last year I took all of the chicks that got hurt in transport home to try to heal. only the two that I have made it for now I think I am just going to get layers, with it being just me and my daughter, I think that is the best option. im sure there will be plenty of questions as I continue my quest as chicken farmer.
