Hello!!! I'm Ej and own 7 of the best treated, most spoiled, pet chickens in the USA!
I have 4 R.I. Reds, 2 SexLinks and 1 Australop. I've had a couple hundredchickens in my lifetime and most all were pets. Occasionally, when the chicks became roosters and beat up my hens, I had to get them to Farmer Ben to process.
SPECKLERS, a small R.I. Red, is hopefully healing her leg fracture in a crate in my dining room. I'm here to get info and meet new folks. What causes a chicken to lay wrinkled eggs??

Stress can cause chickens to lay wrinkly eggs. Here's a good article from the Learning Center that gives you lots of odd egg info:
