I'm new to BY chicken keeping, but so far I'm loving it! Being able to research, ask questions and network in BYC has built my confidence in this new venture and I and my girls thank you!
I have 6 chickens (pretty sure all pullets...fingers crossed) 2 RR, 2 Buff Orp and 2 EE. They just moved to the big house! They are 7 weeks old and wonderfully entertaining! We built out coop from 95% recycled materials, flea market finds and the most satisfying curbside pick up!
Here's a picture of the big girl house at 90% completion.
