I’ve had two Buff Orpingtons for about a year and a half. They bring me a lot of joy! They’re old ladies who were given to me by a family who moved to Texas, and couldn’t take them with them. Both of them were hand raised by their 12-year-old daughter.
We live in Southern California, and they roam freely in our backyard along with their two rabbit friends. I am hoping to learn more from those of you who have had chickens much longer than me when I have questions that I can’t figure out on my own.
