It's been a few years since I had backyard feathered ladies and to be honest, I think I've spoiled my current ones. I would guess I'm not the only one guilty of this! What started out as getting a few chickens (3) to be exact for just a couple eggs a day has turned into 6 plus a rooster who's name shall not be mentioned. Just imagine what the letters D A might stand for! Anyway, I would love to hear about other's adventures in the art of enjoying backyard chickens! All aspects, even if some are not so enjoyable! I look forward to getting to know and learn from all of you!

Welcome Karen!
Spoiled chickens are a part of chicken life, if you have less than 30, lol. (I have 3, and am guilty of this too)
Glad you are here!
:welcome
