Hello everyone, I am a new chicken owner currently taking part in an agriculture apprenticeship program. As part of the program I care for a small flock of chickens currently comprised of 1 Rhode island red, 1 brown bantam silkie, 1 Australorp, 3 Americana, 1 barnevlder, and 1 mutt rooster (I suspect he is an Americana/Barnevlder mix though he does bear a striking resemblance to a Russian Orloff minus the yellow skin).

Thanks everyone, one of the reasons I joined Backyard chickens is so I could get some advice from you guys on how to deal with the Mutt rooster. I made another thread detailing the whole ordeal titled "Need Advisement on Rooster Aggression".
