Greetings from Weeki Wachee, Florida! I am new to raising backyard chooks. We have a small flock of 7 raised from chicks (started with 6, lost one to the neighbors dog, got 2 more-I’m told this is “chicken math” ). I never realized how much I needed to have chickens until I got them. Still waiting on eggs, but the therapeutic benefits are amazing lol. Looking forward to reading tips and stories!
