I'm new to your online community and am just getting going good with a backyard flock that I really enjoy. I have two hens and a Roo I got as chicks last summer, and have added their first brood and 9 new pullets to the flock (they're still separated). I guess I'm doing ok, but would sure appreciate advice!

Welcome to Backyard chickens. Please visit the Learning Center, it is a great first step in chicken education. Then you may want to keep folks from your area. Head for "where am I, where are you," in the social forum to locate and post on your state thread. Chicken folks are popping up all over, good chance some will live near you.
