Hi Everyone! I first want to say, this has been the place for awhile that I usually come to for advice when I have questions, but I am just now joining

My chicken family consists of 2 Rhode Island Reds,1 Leghorn,1 Exchequer, 1 Bantam Rooster, 3 baby mixes and 2 Black Australorps. They might be the most spoiled chickens in the South - that is what my friends tease me and say anyway !
Anyway, happy to become part of the Backyard Chickens group finally!
I look forward to discussing chickeny things with you all!

thanks y'all! Oh yeah- I don't want to leave out the other fowl! My husband won't let me have guineas..no matter how much I beg haha! He says the darn things will just sleep on our air conditioner. I have no clue what he means, maybe he had them as a kid lol!
 
thanX Everyone! Everytime I have ever googled anything about chickens, this place pops up :) usually I am frantically trying to deal with whatever thing I was googling lol - so I had not had a chance to join. I really love all that I read on here :) Chickens are so wonderful, I love them so much!
