Hello to all in the coop! I am not new to chickens, but a recent returner. My current flock includes 1 cochin roo, 1 barred rock roo, 4 silver laced wyandottes hens, 2 black star hens, 2 partridge rock hens, 5 australorp hens. I have chicks ordered to be delivered in April and May :> The rest of my flock consists of 2 dogs, 4 cats, 1 husband, 1 married daughter, 1 live in mother, and 1 beautiful grandson..I enjoy everything country, which is good since that is where I live. I am a nurse and work with children and their parents helping the parents with their parenting skills, since not every one had Ozzie and Harriett for parents! Life if GREAT in Virginia.

It IS beautiful in Virginia- especially this time of year! Hello from Arlington VA- where we can't have chickens yet... but we're working on it!
