In the Brooder
Hello,
I have been keeping chickens for siX years now and often refer to the forum for questions. I figured it was time to join. I hAve 17 laying hens in a smattering of different breeds, along with one rooster, a beautiful light Brahma. We live in a quiet corner of Cape cod, about a mile from the ocean. I have bees and a pretty good garden, so I suppose I'm a bit of a wannabe farmer. Would love to one day add some Nigerian goats to our family (we've certainly go the space) but right now, my hands are pretty full with work (I'm a museum curator and a freelance writer) and my 15 month old son.
