Uh oh! I hope you realize that pre-fab coops generally only hold about 1/4 to 1/3 of the birds they claim to and that is just in the coop. The runs are always far too small in relation to the coop.
You need 4 sq ft per bird in the coop and a bare minimum of 10 sq feet per bird in the run. More space, in the run particularly, is far better. It prevent behavioral issues and improves sanitation.
Does the coop you ordered provide the minimum amount of space per bird?
