I visit the forums often and finally joined. I am always finding helpful information here. I have a small group of Cuckoo Marans from Murray McMurray and am looking for a rooster from a different line. If anyone has one that needs a new home let me know. Thanks!

when you have 20 posts, you can participate in the buy,sell,trade forum - they also have a thread listing animals for rehoming - usually for free. People are overloaded with roosters so it's really a buyers market . You can find any number of good quality, docile roosters in a number of breeds that are very low cost if you aren't going to eat them.

Your local craig's list probably has some. If you go to "where am I, where are you," you can find and post on your state thread. In all probability people in your area may have some to rehome. I wouldn't rush, you want one that is not aggressive with hens or humans.
