Hello From Clovis CA!!

Hi all. I am not new to chickens, but new to my new environment. I married in October and my Husband lives in the foothills, so when I moved my chickens from the valley to the hills, they provided a free meal to a local Bobcat. Since then, I have modified my two coops, they are like Fort Knox. In one coop I have my laying hens (RIR, Barred Rock, Turkens) This season I will replenish my flock with something...lol Haven't decided yet. In the other coop I have my mix and match (Showgirl, sizzle, silkies). I started my shizzle project but with a recent job promotion, I have had to re-think my project due to lack of time. I have had poultry my entire life, used to show, majored in Animal Science, worked for major Poultry Company, now I am QA Supervisor for a Pasta company (go figure) I look forward to meeting everyone (well at least some of you)
