Hello everyone just want to introduce myself. My name is Steve and this is the first time that I am raising chickens. I got the idea from my neighbor. Right now I have 45 meat chickens. The feed store that I got them from said they are White Mountain Hubbards. I have had them for a week exactly as of today. After tehy are gone we are planning on getting 25 layers. So far this site has been a huge help for us we have learned alot. My coop is 10'x10' with a 10 x 16 foot run that is 6 foot high. I will try to post some pics of everything once its all completed. I still have to put the fencing on the run. That my plans for the weekend.
