Hello from Colorado Springs

Hi - I'm Gail. New to chickens. My daughter and I got 3 baby chicks this past Sunday 4/15. We think we have 2 Ameraucana chicks (Nugget & Omelette) and a mystery to us chick (Susan). My mom sent me a link to BackYardChickens and I'm glad she did - so much info! My little family of 3 peoples + 2 Dogs (Stella & Lemon) and our 3 new chicks are in Colorado Springs. I am currently a lunch lady at our high school I'm really enjoying our chicken journey so far - I love to sit and watch them in their brooder.
