Hey. So I just found out that my HOA allows 6 chickens (something I've always wanted) so I'm reading up, researching and taking my first chicken class at the urban farmer's market this weekend. So far I like Rhode Island Reds and a few others. We can only have hens in the subdivision and I want something calm, heat and cold tolerant that is great for eggs. Looking forward to learning from everyone here! Erica
