Great to be in the BYC Family. Whilst we are all in COVID-19 Lockdown there is much time to read and learn from all of you.

We are blessed to live on a 3.5 acre property 40km inland of Durban and keep an 8 Bird Flock of Free-Range Birds. We also procure and sell small quantities of POL Birds for those wanting just a few for Domestic Use as there is a huge gap in the market for those wanting just a few. We also make up and supply Coops & Tractors, supply all the equipment etc

I am enjoying the Sex-Link Breeds and, in particular the Blacktail Layer (RIR or NH x Light Sussex). Really gorgeous Hens with great temperaments. Yet to terst their Laying capabilities however as our first Hens are only reaching maturity now.
