Hello all, Im new to the group. I have Dominiques (trio), Delawares (trio), Crevecoeurs (trio) and Easter Eggers (7), on 10 acres of East Texas woods. I am in the process of building me a shed/hatchery. Then Ill build me a bator and let the hatching begin! After I see if my eggs are fertile, I would like to swap some. I am interested in chicks/hatching eggs of the following breeds; Auracana, Ameraucana, Dominique, Delaware, Crevecoeur, Collonocas, Quetros, Specked Sussex, Black Copper Marans and probably a few (a lot) more. Anyone live close to me with these breeds? Im looking forward to talking to and learning from the old pros and maybe visit some chicken ranches. Anyone have Crevecoeurs? Theres not much info on the web about them. Im also looking for a REAL white Ameraucana cockerel/cock. The more I have and learn about the Ameraucana, the more I like them. Thanks BYC!
