Hello from East Texas.

Just signed up again after a few years. My computer died and I lost a lot of data, BYC was one of them.
I'm 77 years old and have had my chickens for about 5 years. Not these but started then. I now have three Black
Astrolorpe hens. Can't have roosters here but I always loved hearing a rooster crowing.
I have a few stories about these hens but won't bore you on the first day. Glad to be here with fellow chicken
lovers.
I do some woodcarving and I play my guitar. Just for myself, my wife don't care for my singing.
Currently we are trying to get back to normal after a tornado ripped thru here destroying 85% of this community.
We are fine, it's just taking longer than we thought.

So glad you are back at BYC wudkarver. OM hope you and the rest of your community, are mending well after the calamity the tornado caused. Hope there weren't any deaths.

Omgoodness a tornado, I'm glad you're all okay! I hope you don't mind me asking but, how do you recover from tornadoes? Being from California, I cannot imagine... I just picture the movie Twister. I wish you the best of luck!
