I have been a lurker for a few months but now a proud papa of a RIR and Barred Rock hens. Plan on getting a couple more in the near future but getting my feet stinky with these two for now. What an enjoyable and rewarding hobby this is.

Welcome, neighbor. I'm in La Habra, by the northern edge of coyote hills. Glad you have joined he chicken world. There's lots to be learned here. We have more than doubled our flock of original 4 chickens and love everyday and moment of it.
