Hello from Idaho Falls

I moved to Idaho Falls 4 years ago and own just under 3/4 of an acre. I live with my husband of 24 years and 3 kids. We want to raise some chickens and a few ducks. I live just outside of town surrounded by big fields and have seen a fox or 2 in the area and so I want my chicken house up off the ground. My 2 older kids are in college now and only have the 10 year old left at home.
