Hello Everyone!
I'm new to the site, though I've used the site to read threads already opened. I've had my chickens for probably about two years. Got five Buff Orpingtons unsexed in that awkward lanky chick stage and found out that three of them were cocks. We decided to wait and see who matured sooner. Two of them ended up being the typical 'mean rooster' and attacked both me and my two young step-kids so they had to go. We added four more bantam/americana crosses about a year later.
We love our chickens. They're great and having fresh eggs all the time is wonderful.
