Hi friends!
We have had chickens for about 8 years.
We currently have 10 fat chickens and one big beautiful rooster. The rooster is a Cinnamon queen/ blue laced red wynedott cross and the chickens are buff Orpington/Wheaton cross. My favorite thing about having chickens is that they are so entertaining and interesting. And, we enjoy good eggs. We also have a cow/calf operation, We are a farming family, I enjoy jewelry making, writing (I’ve written a Christian devotional book), and my flower beds. And, we have spent the last 25 years with our sons at baseball fields. We have 3 sons, 2 daughters-in-law, & 2 grands, 5 dogs, 150 cows. My husband and I are both school administrators for Career Tech Schools in southwest Oklahoma. I just ran on to your site looking for info on my newest, very shy chickens!
