Hello! I've been reading this website and forums for a couple of weeks now, and have a ton of questions so decided it was time to join. My family has a farm in northeast MA. No chickens yet, probably still a couple years away, but I love to dream and plan everything out before diving in- so hoping to use the time to learn as much as possible! I would love to connect with others in my area- I've already found some threads for folks near me, will chime in on those. TIA for all the useful info!

Hahaha!! Because I value my relationship with my husband and would prefer not to have an 'ex' in front of that!! We have a lot of time constraints and expenses right now (e.g. toddler, daycare ) and I have a lot of plans and dreams lol...priorities...

It's a good idea to do your research before jumping into something, especially where live animals are concerned. Having said that, I think getting chickens after researching is still kind of like having a baby after reading everything...something will still come up that you didn't expect
