Hello from Massillon Ohio!!!!

I lived here all my life never knew about raising chickens here. Anyone else here from Massillon that have chickens. Just cant find out any more on any laws other than the very vague city ordinances. I did call city hall and was bounced around the health dep. they referred back to ordinance 505.08 that only stated basically keep clean and quiet. Had any trouble with the city keeping chickens here? I just can't believe it can be this too good to be true.
