Hi all, looking forward to learning as much as I can as soon as I can. I am hoping to start a backyard flock of 3-5 chickens here in the next few months. Mainly for eggs, with maybe an occasional cooker now and then. Who knows?

Prolly want to start with 3 but thats just me. Get 3 so later WHEN you decide to get more its not so overwhelming! Lots to learn here and lots of great people to learn from and talk too!

from Oklahoma! If you're using Chicken Math then getting 3 is great, if not then you'll need somewhere between 12 and 35. Just saying, they multiply without any idea of how that happened. Lol!
