Hello from Moore, Oklahoma

Hello, everyone. We are new to the country, and new to farm animals. We started with a small garden, and are now very excited about our 10 new chickens. We are in the process of completing our coop, and have obtained most of our info from this website. We love you guys, and all of your experience and expertise! Thanks for everything thus far, and for all of the help to come. We are a little (okay, maybe a lot) nervous and have so many questions!
My husb and I will celebrate our 20th anniversary this year. We are raising our four energetic boys, ages 7, 9, 13 and 16.
They are very involved and excited about our new chicken jouney, and love the outdoors.
Our chicken names may have changed multiple times, but they are loved, and are the talk of the town.
I previously read of a list of Oklahoma chicken lovers. Please add us to the list!

Welcome from a Okie by birth transplanted to Texas.....
(My first litter of Children grew up in Moore/Norman my second litter is 100% Texan) so I am very familiar with your town Moore
This website and group are very addictive. If you aren't very very careful you are probably going to have a lot of chickens.......I have been reading these forums only a month and yesterday we hatched 20 Jersey giant chicks.......
