Hello from Mountain View, OK

My name is Richard, my wife Kathy and I have been married 37 yrs. We live in Mountain View, OK, in the western part of the state. We're looking to obtain a few adult egg laying hens for sale close to us Chicken coop is ready for the hens. Any advise or info would be greatly appreciated.

Hello there and welcome to BYC!

You might do a couple things...you can stop by our Buy Sell and Trade section to see if anyone nearby has any hens for you....https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/67/buy-sell-trade

Check bulletin boards at any feed stores nearby you. Many times people post hens or flocks up for sale or for free.

And some nationwide hatcheries sell started pullets. These you will know are healthy rather than preowned birds. Murray McMurray Hatchery is one I know sells pullets.
