My wife and I are empty nesters and we wanted to become chicken farmers. The day has arrived! We purchased 10 Orphington Buffs from a local grower. They are 3 month old. We built their chicken coop and run behind the house. Looking fowards to the first egg! We live in Swansboro,NC close to the coast.
