Hello folks!

I have been reading through this forum for the last few months, collecting information and trying to learn from the successes and mistakes of others :) We just completed our coop this weekend and received our first 5 chickens! We had been wanting to have a small farm for years and just recently moved out to a 13 acre property! We built a 8x12 free-range coop with a mono-slope roof to house 30ish birds. Right now we have a polish bantum, 2 Bar rocks, 1 Buff Orpington, and 1 I have not identified yet. Looking forward to continually learning from this site, thank you everyone for the community here!
