Hello from New Hampshire

I'm a slightly redneck girl from NH. I have 12 hens and 1 rooster in my flock. I had always wanted chickens, but never thought I'd have this much fun raising them. I have also come to the conclusion that my friends cannot relate when I talk about my feathered friends, so I end up boring them to death with my chicken talk. This seems like the perfect place to get advice and/or boast about my girls (and boy).
