Hello, I live on a small farm in New Hampshire and like anything it all started because of our second grade science project was to raise chicks. my family brought 7 of them home. Well that was 6 years ago and we still have one chicken left. She likes being alone. I don't know why but she chased all of the other chickens away one by one. She now lives one her own and loves it. She still lays eggs about once a week, but she just recently started eating them. We don't really care that she is eating them just as long as she is happy. After we got the chickens me and my sister joined 4-H and bought goats to show. Then last year I bought my first cow. Now our farm has expanded. We are thinking about getting more chickens this year but are going to wait until we move. Our chickens name is Snowball and she is the most spoiled thing on this farm. She loves drinking the goats milk in the spring and will walk through the horse's feet and loves her dried worms.
