(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? Yes! I got my first batch of six chicks about 3 months ago.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 6
(3) What breeds do you have? Wyandotte, Rainbow, Black Sexlink
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? Watching them scratch in the soil and take dirt baths
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Cooking, playing music, spending time outside
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I live in North Carolina with my husband, our daughter, one dog, one fish, and, of course, the chickens! I'm in grad school for social work and work for an all outdoor "farm school"
