I'm so happy to have found this site! I can tell I'm in the right place to get answers to the many questions I have!
We've been talking about getting chickens for the past couple years & finally got our chicks a few days ago. We have 2 of each -Americana, gold star, barred rock & production red. Right now I have them housed in a very large plastic container in my spare bedroom with plans to move them to the garage/workshop until all the snow melts (we got quite a lot in northern MN this year!) & they're big enough to be outside. My husband & I are trying to work out plans for a coop & are getting many great ideas on this site(thank you!). Any helpful tips or info would be greatly appreciated!!
