Hi All - I live just south of Albany (40 minutes) and I am looking for fertile Easter Eggers or other colorful eggs to hatch. This is my first experience at hatching chickens and was hoping I could find fertile eggs that I can travel to and pick up. Anyone out there near Albany, NY have fertile eggs ?

No fertile eggs but make sure you check out tge incubating threads. Lots of helpful advice.

Also you should check out your local homesteading pages to see if you can find eggs. Shipped eggs can be challenging to hatch. GOOD LUCK!!

Also, you could place a wanted ad in Craigs List or similar as well as looking there for anyone nearby. You might go to the New York state thread and post there as well. Good luck!
