Fairly new at raising backyard chickens. My husband and I bought 6 hens last summer and just purchased 6 chicks a few weeks ago. Looking forward to learning alot more about them.....

Good luk to ya in Ohio,,, from a ex-pat in costa rica enjoy,,, I too am a buckeye up around the lake around Lorain , have been in the c.r about seven years and raise Plymouth white Rocks & new hampshires for breeding golden comet hybrids (sex-links) have had great fun! Luv da birds enjoy
