I have 3 chickens. We have redone our backyard and are moving towards an urban farm. We have an orchard (but no fruit yet), a compost, a garden and chickens of course. We're hoping to get more. This site has helped so much when we were just thinking about getting chickens. It was probably what pushed us over the edge. Thanks so much.

Do you have irrigation or are you trying to do it with a garden hose? That is what makes or breaks most backyard gardens here.
