Hello from Port Vue PA!

I am brand new to the world of chicken raising. A friend of mine has been raising chickens for a while and supplies us with fresh eggs each week. I would love to have my own little flock. I don't know if they are even permitted in my little boro. I will need to do some investigating first.
If I am allowed to start my own flock I will be on here a lot trying to learn about my new babies!
