Hi.Ive recent expanded my flock! I have 3 hens,and 3 pullets.Problem is im buying ahouse i n Simpsonvill, sc city llimit. Am I allowed to own chickens? I love them,and dont want to get rid of them

Greenville county law is up to 8 hens, no roosters, confined to coop or run at all times in residential areas. I could not see a chicken law in simpsonville, So probably just making friends with the neighbors and keeing your coop presentable will keep you in the clear. Are you going to be in city limits?
