Hello everyone! Through my life I've always lived in a city dreaming for country living. When I turned 13 my best friend had horses and I got all the perks of that like feeding, making fences, shows and all that fun jazz. I'm 22 now, moved out, and because of medical bills and the uncertainty of more, I moved to my fiancee's parent's house which have 20 acres of unused land. With grief comes unexpected chances
I have always been an animal lover with 3 dogs (lab X border collie- Cezer, lab X German shepherd -Daisy, labradoodle-Zackie), a ferret named Walter, a rat named Harriet 2 buffs (Selma and Patty), 4 roadies (only two are named Jerky and Drumstick), 1 Easter egger (my sweetheart Meaty), 6 Narragansett turkey eggs, and 12 mystery eggs (when we got the turkey eggs he just handed us chicken eggs) oh and I'm also a dog groomer. This year is the first year I've done chickens, which just the thought was unusual because when I was little every type of bird attacked me which created a fear of them. With having chickens I have defeated that fear and started to love my chicks. I wanted to have livestock but there is only so much you can do with a small amount of money.
