Hello from So. Florida

Hello everyone , I'm Mara. I'm new here and new to chickens. I recently just moved into a 3 acre home with my family and my horse. Chickens was the next logical step for our little farm. I got them on August 1st, 3 Isa Browns and 3 Ameraucana's . I've also got a Light Brahma, Easter egger and a Blue Andalusian being shipped this week. Been researching chickens like crazy as you can imagine so that is how I found this site . lots of good info here ! My chickys will be pets that poop breakfast . I wont be eating any of them .

Some of my other hobbies are Horses , PC Gaming , Music and Art. I have a small family that consist of my husband , My 16 yo son and my 14 month old American Sugarbush Harlequin Draft Horse filly, "Sombra" and 2 dogs Baxter and Harrison (Rat terrier and Jack Russel). I work as an IT supervisor for a large company
