Hi,
I'm a chicken lover with an intermediate level of knowledge. I've been lurking for a while now and gaining a lot of knowledge from all of you. I have Black Copper Marans, White Jersey Giants, a few Ameracaunas and a flock of Cornish X destined for the freezer soon. I'm wondering if anyone is nearby in Iowa or thereabout?

I'm in Georgia, but did a quick search and there's a number of members from Iowa but not an organized forum. You could consider starting a thread under "where am I, where are You" to see if you can get the Iowa folks to respond.

Welcome To BYC! I'm in Idaho can't help you there. If you're looking for more knowledge just ask any questions you have. I wish I was in your area. The Midwest is where most peafowl breeders are.
