new to the forum been lurking for a few weeks.
just got the farm last month and in the part now of moving.
4ac of land two barns.
raise quail as a boy on the family farm with dad.
we have 500 Pharoah or is it Coturnix Quail ?
we are looking for a few dozen eggs from 2 Different source's
to start our breeding line with.
would like to try the texas a&m color phase
and the jumbo brown.
for normal use eggs and meat.
and as a hobby the chinese painted quail.

is it true the new jumbo's are really 1 pound?
way back in the late 70's we never had one go over 13 oz.
and he was a monster back then to us. lol
