Hello, I just registered here. I am a farmer (plant crops) here in Taiwan.
Planning to have kids and getting our bodies in better health prior. One step is keeping chickens. So, here I am, almost finished setting up the coop
For the template questions:
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
First time with chickens.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
Just 3 to get a hang of it.
(3) What breeds do you have?
Laying type, not sure breed.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Still indoors and young, but I'm enjoying growing the foods they will eat so far.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Most things biology related.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
we have vivariums, fish, spiders, insects etc. I used to breed reptiles and amphibians once upon a time.
